Set rights for all NLINK applications (NMM, NCM, NDM) to "Run as Administrator". It is best to change settings for all users. For changing settings of NMM or NCM,
- Right-click on the executable and select "Properties" in the context menu.
- In the properties dialog, select the "Compatibility" tab.
- Click the button "Change settings for all users".
- In the new "Properties" dialog that comes up, check "Run this program as an administrator", and press the "Apply" button.
