Problem

Solution

1. Make sure IIS Server is available onIf the ADC web application is setup to allow only HTTPS access, then trying to access URL using HTTP can cause this error.

Solution

Make sure “ASP.NET 4.5” role services is installed properly for IIS 8. See /wiki/spaces/JWHADC/pages/491646 step 11 for more details.

On Windows 2012 with IIS 8 getting HTTP 500.19 error when trying to access ADC5 site

Solution

Make sure “ASP.NET 4.5” option is selected for IIS. Using "Server Manager" on Windows 2012, go to "Add Roles and Features", for step "Server Roles", expand node "Web Server(IIS)→Web Server→Application Development",  make sure "ASP.NET 4.x" is selected..
