Set rights for all NLINK applications (NMM, NCM, NDM) to "Run as Administrator". It is best to change settings for all users. For changing settings of NMM or NCM or NDM,

1. Right-click on the executable and select "Properties" in the context menu. 
2. In the properties dialog, select the "Compatibility" tab.
3. Click the button "Change settings for all users".
4.  In the new "Properties" dialog that comes up, check "Run this program as an administrator", and press the "Apply" button.
