Temporary NLINK Product License Downloads are available on the Customer Extranet section of the Junot Systems website. When you purchased NLINK, (or your company signed as a Junot Systems partner), you were provided with a username and password. You can reach your customized support page by logging in at http://www.junotsystems.com/support/ with this userid and password.

Click the TEMPORARY NLINK LICENSE link.
Fill out the information form (both sections) and click the License Only button. The support system will automatically email a temporary license to the e-mail address you provided.

A temporary NLINK license will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided. Once you receive the e-mail, simply follow the instructions in the text of the e-mail to install the license.

| If the license is for a production installation, and thus should be a permanent license per your contract, simply reply to this email and request the permanent license. After review and verification, we will send the permanent license for that installation. This process can take several days and so please plan accordingly. If NLINK is being deployed in virtual machine, make sure it is set to use a static MAC address. |
