Temporary NLINK Product License Downloads are available on the Customer Extranet Portal section of the Junot Systems website. When you purchased NLINK, (or your company signed as a Junot Systems partner), you were provided with a username and password. You can reach your customized support portal page by logging in at http://wwwlicense.junotsystems.com/support/ with this userid and password.

Step-by-step guide

Click the TEMPORARY NLINK LICENSE link Download NLINK Temporary License button.

Fill out the information form (both sections) and click the Generate and Download License Only File button. The support system will automatically email generate a temporary license for you to the e-mail address you provided.

A temporary NLINK license save directly from the request page using your browser's file download tools.

Save the file to your NLINK installation directory (by default C:\Program Files\Junot Systems).

A confirmation will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided. Once you receive the e-mail, simply follow the instructions in the text of the e-mail to install the license.

If the license is for a production installation, and thus should be a permanent license per your contract, simply reply to this the confirmation email and request the permanent license. After review and verification, we will send the permanent license for that installation. This process can take several days and so please plan accordinglyIf NLINK is being deployed in virtual machine, make sure it is set to use a static MAC address.

If you inadvertently mistyped your e-mail address you won't receive the licenseconfirmation e-mail. If you're not sure what you typed, it is okay to fill out the form again. 


The temporary licenses are generated by an automated system. If you don't receive the e-mail within a few minutes please check your spam folder. If it's not there either, please contact support@junotsystems.com so we can look into it.
