Temporary NLINK Product License Downloads are available on the Customer Portal section of the Junot Systems website. When you purchased NLINK, (or your company signed as a Junot Systems partner), you were provided with a username and password. You can reach your customized portal page by logging in at http://license.junotsystems.com/ with this userid and password.

Step-by-step guide

Click the Download NLINK Temporary License button.

Fill out the information form and click the Generate and Download License File button. The support system will automatically generate a temporary license for you to save directly from the request page using your browser's file download tools.

Save the file to your NLINK installation directory (by default C:\Program Files\Junot Systems).

A confirmation will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided.

If the license is for a production installation, and thus should be a permanent license per your contract, simply reply to the confirmation email and request the permanent license. After review and verification, we will send the permanent license for that installation. This process can take several days and so please plan accordingly. If NLINK is being deployed in virtual machine, make sure it is set to use a static MAC address.

Multihomed Hosts

If a host has multiple network cards or Network Interface Cards (NICs), then any of the valid MACs can be used for requesting license.

Double-check your email address

If you inadvertently mistyped your e-mail address you won't receive the confirmation e-mail. If you're not sure what you typed, it is okay to fill out the form again.

Internet Explorer 11

If you are using Internet Explorer 11 (e.g., if you are connecting directly from the Windows Server machine hosting your NLINK installation) you will need to add about::blank and license.junotsystems.com to your safe sites list.
