Manage Concurrent ADC Users
The NLINK ADC to SAP Solution allows multiple users to logon and concurrently post data to SAP. The maximum number of concurrent users is set by the NLINK license file.
The NLINK ADC to SAP Solution administrators can review and manage users using the NLINK Management Module (NMM).
Step-by-step guide
View Current Users
From the NMM menu, choose Options >> Manage Sessions.
In the popup window, you can see the list of users currently logged on to the NLINK ADC to SAP Solution.
Session Id - internal counter
User Id - user id that was used to logon to the NLINK ADC to SAP Solution
Logon Time - time at which the user logged on
Last Used Time - time at which the user last posted or requested data from their device
Is Processing - a flag which indicates if any request from a hand held device is currently being processed (may not be present depending on NLINK version)
Terminate Users
In some cases, the administrator might need to terminate inactive users.
From the NMM menu choose Options >> Manage Sessions.
From the list of users displayed, select one or more rows indicating the user sessions to be terminated.
Click on the Terminate button. This will effectively logout those users.

If a user logon would exceed the license limits, the user will not be permitted to log on:
