Example ADC Menu Setup using SAP User Groups
SAP User Groups are found in the Groups tab in SU01.
Use the SAP User Group names as the Menu Group names when setting up an NLINK ADC Menu based on SAP User Groups.
In this example, the user shown in the SAP screenshot would get the "ADMINPLUS" menu. This is because NLINKADMIN is positioned first in the NLINK Menu setup. You'll get the first menu you're eligible for, so the order of the Menu Groups in the NLINK Menu setup matters. (The order of the User Groups in SAP does not matter.) You might include the ADCADMIN Screen in the administrator menu.
An SAP user that belongs to only the WAREHOUSE SAP User Group would get the "GOODSMVT" menu instead.
An SAP user that belongs to neither NLINKADMIN nor WAREHOUSE in SAP will get the "NothingHere" menu, which you would probably set up to have no actual NLINK screens, and perhaps a nice message with instructions for contacting an administrator. (Note that "NoAccess" does not need to exist as a User Group in SAP, so you can name it anything you like.)
If you don't want to bother with a NoAccess menu group, you can just set WAREHOUSE as the Default Group and then any valid SAP user who is not in the NLINKADMIN group will get the "GOODSMVT" menu, whether they are in the WAREHOUSE User Group or not.
