ADC - Layout issue with Chrome 76.x

Problem

If using Google Chrome version 76.0.3809.132  (released late August 2019), the ADC5 layout will not be correct. For example prompts associated with Textbox and other controls may not show correctly.

Solution

Upgrade Chrome version to 77.x (or later), to address issue.
