Access the Customer Support Desk

Junot Systems uses an on-line Customer Support Desk to track support requests. Although you can submit a new request via email, you will need to log on to the Customer Support Desk if you want to:

  • upload large attachments,
  • download any attachments we might send back to you, or
  • track your case(s)
  • browse and search the latest documentation for your NLINK products

Step-by-step guide

The main address for the Customer Support Desk is http://support.junotsystems.com.

The first time you submit a case via email, you will receive a reply suggesting you activate your account. If you wish to have access to case history and attachments, please do so.

If you have already discarded that email, or if you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Junot Systems Customer Support Desk at http://support.junotsystems.com
  2. Enter your email address and click Next
  3. Click the "Forgot your password?" link

Now the Service Desk will send an email with a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email (be sure to check your spam folder!) to finish setting up your account.
