Date and Number Problems with non-US Operating System Installations

Problem

Differing Date and Number formats in the Windows Server operating system can cause various problems in interactions with the NLINK Server. Examples may include unexpected results in date calculations and improper rendering of responsive layouts in ADC screens.

Solution

Open the Clock, Language and Region settings in the Windows Control Panel. Choose Change location.

Set the Windows System Locale to English (US).

Copy the new locale settings to Welcome screen and system accounts, and to New user accounts.

Set the date, time and number formats to English (US) defaults.
